Ebrilla Shaw a very spirited being. High strung at times yet very focused doesn't seem like much get past her. She is a lovely mystery to most. Everyone assuming she's one clan or another just Speculations yet she claims to be of Clan Toreador after all she's a very gifted talented Artist.

 

Ebrilla always seems to hold a quaint smile upon her lips, yet one should always be aware, who knows what's stirring in the abyss of this beauty's mind.  She's very attentive to those around swooning them to gain what she needs she's very tangible at manipulation and after all it's one of her station  supposed to do right ?

 

Ebrilla Run's her city with a smooth calm hand but one should abide by her rules and not try to double cross her as she's not very forgiving.  No one knows much of her background but the know that she's powerful not just in strength but in reach that extends further then most, more insight then others.  After all isn't that what's a Prince supposed to be.
